Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing One On One for your web services. We are committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Web Design Services:

  • Refund requests for web design services will be considered within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the project must not have entered the development phase, and a detailed explanation of dissatisfaction must be provided.
  • Once the development phase begins, full refunds will not be issued.

Hosting Services:

  • Hosting services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly), and refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused period.
  • Refund requests for hosting services must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after the specified 7-day refund period.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support HERE with your invoice number and a detailed explanation of your reason for seeking a refund.

Exceptions:

Our refund policy does not cover the following:

  • Domain registration fees that have already been paid to a third-party registrant.
  • Hosting fees for the current billing period.
  • Additional services or add-ons purchased after the initial transaction.
  • Violation of our terms of service.
